RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify customer needs and recommend personalized auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance solutions.
- Generate new business through inbound leads, outbound prospecting, referrals, and community networking.
- Conduct policy reviews to ensure customers have the right coverage as their lives and needs change.
- Educate customers on insurance products and help them make informed decisions to protect what matters most.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Follow up consistently with prospects using phone, text, email, and CRM systems.
- Cross-sell additional insurance products by uncovering coverage gaps and opportunities.
- Build long-term customer loyalty through honesty, professionalism, and responsive service.
- Collaborate with the agency team to achieve office sales goals and create a positive, high-performing culture.
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development to continually improve sales skills
- Proven success in sales, business development, or customer relationship management (insurance experience is a plus, but not required).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Competitive, self-motivated, and driven to exceed individual and team goals.
- Positive, resilient mindset with the ability to bounce back from rejection.
- Confident asking for the sale and comfortable overcoming objections.

Flexible work from home options available.
Salary : $50,000 - $80,000
