What are the responsibilities and job description for the Special Education Instructional Aide position at Glenn County Office Of Education?
- Successfully support students with a wide range of needs including, instructional, behavioral and life skill needs;
- Ability to implement teacher planned activities that support planned goals and objectives;
- Implement positive behavior techniques;
- Perform simple clerical work;
- Participate in training and meetings;
- Computer Technology and/or assistive technology knowledge;
- Ability to manipulate wheel chairs and orthopedic devices;
- Ability to assist with toileting and feeding as needed, does not apply to all positions;
- Ability to lift and position disabled adults.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $15.69 - $19.37 per hour
