Salary Range - $65,000 – 80,000 USD
The compensation range provided reflects the expected base compensation only and does not include potential bonuses, incentive plans, or benefits. An individual’s final compensation offer will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to education level, relevant experience, training, and geographic location.

Job Responsibilities

- Oversee receiving operations by handling stock, implementing record-keeping procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized receiving area
- Manage returns operations ensuring the returns process adheres to company policies, procedures, and documentation requirements
- Ensure all inbound containers are unloaded safely and timely upon receipt
- Ensure all inbound products are properly inspected for damages and shortages
- Ensure all inbound products are correctly assigned to bin location for storage, replenishment and picking functions
- Work with Demand Planning and Quality Assurance to provide information on all inbound issues ensuring seamless operations
- Work with Drayage vendor, alerting Distribution Management and Demand Planning of inbound issues
- Direct, train, and delegate tasks to warehouse associates involved in receiving and returns
- Identify areas for improvement in receiving and returns processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Education
- HS Diploma/Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 Years of progressive Receiving and Returns / Distribution Operations experience
- Working with Carrier Vendors, MHE Vendors
- Technical capacity with Excel, SAP, Outlook and Voice Picking Technology
- Pharmaceutical Regulatory statues, GMP compliance
- The incumbent typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties.
- The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office
- Incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday.
- The incumbent is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 40 pounds
