The Pricing Analyst will play a crucial role in developing effective pricing strategies by analyzing market and financial information to ensure competitive pricing while maintaining profitability for accounts and products.
Job Responsibilities

- Provide cross departmental support for internal and external inquiries related to pricing and contracts for assigned customers.
- Develop pricing analytics for all pricing queries related to assigned customers.
- Conducts pricing analysis, optimization, and segmentation to identify revenue and margin opportunities
- Performs basic financial analysis to assess product profitability
- Ensures compliance with contractual agreements (e.g., MFN clauses, shelf stock adjustments, WAC changes)
- Manage day to day pricing requests and periodic RFPs for assigned customers.
- Expected to present complex pricing concepts to stakeholders and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure pricing accuracy in customer letters, ERP and CRM systems.
- Assist in periodic reviews of current pricing to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of pricing proposals, documents and notifications.
- Assist in the maintenance of the pricing inbox.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in related field (Business, Economics) or 2 years of equivalent work experience

- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be detail oriented and organized.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, Model N and other similar systems.
- Must have the ability to work independently and as a team member, helping wherever is needed.
- Must have a high sense of urgency to meet deadlines and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Must have the ability to interact with all levels of personnel, including senior management and external customers.
- The incumbent typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties.
- The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office.
- Incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday.
- The incumbent is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 20 pounds.
