Who We Are Looking For: Are you the Director of Education we have been looking for? In this position, you will be able to convey your passion for helping others with a dynamic team by bringing an energetic and positive approach while working with our students! Glenhaven Academy is a residential treatment setting for adolescents that specializes in trauma informed care. Glenhaven provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a school on site, a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff  Compensation  The pay range for this position is $72,000 to $97,000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications.  This range may be modified in the future.    JRI Provides Training So That:  YOU will be able to oversee Glenhaven’s education department in hiring, supervising, team-teaching as part of supervision, evaluation and training, unit planning, curriculum planning, technology integration, IEP development, development and oversight of related systems to support these tasks.  YOU will be able to work in tandem with Glenhaven’s Clinical, Nursing, Residential Department and Administrative team to provide a shared vision of supportive and enriching programmatic services and to maintain positive relationships with outside agencies, families, and other involved parties. YOU will be able to provide leadership as a meeting chair, public school liaison, and among others.  Why JRI?    Be who you are! Requirements: Masters in Special Education, or a related field required.  MA DESE license in Moderate Disabilities, grades 5-12 required.  A MA DESE Special Education Administrator license is required.  Supervisory experience in an administrative or leadership role.  Residential setting or Group Home experience strongly preferred.  Maintain a valid driver's license.  At JRI, we are committed to fostering a workplace where every team member feels valued and respected.
