Regional Pool Care Admin Manager

Our growing Pool Care Division is seeking a Manager to lead administrative and client-service functions for one of our key regions. This is a high-visibility, multi-faceted role that serves as the heartbeat of the department.

Core Responsibilities
Client Success & Communication
- Primary Point of Contact: Act as the professional voice of Glengate, triaging client inquiries and managing heavy communication with a focus on white-glove service.
- New Client Integration: Lead the onboarding process for new accounts, ensuring a seamless transition into our service ecosystem.
- Contract Management: Oversee proposals, renewals, and basic contract processing to ensure service continuity.
- Dispatch Coordination: Assist in the daily scheduling and dispatching of field teams to maximize efficiency.
- Technician Liaison: Maintain real-time contact with technicians for midday updates and end-of-day check-ins to ensure all service standards are met.
- Utility Oversight: Monitor fuel levels and coordinate deliveries with gas and propane providers to ensure uninterrupted pool operation for our clients.
- Financial Administration: Manage invoicing and collections processes with precision.
- Compliance & Growth: Manage industry licensing and certifications, including enrolling team members in continuing education and maintaining rigorous records.
- Strategic Projects: Contribute to special administrative projects that drive regional growth and efficiency.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate complex client situations with poise.
- Operational Mindset: Strong clerical knowledge and high proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
- Resilience: The ability to remain calm and effective during the peak "swim season," including the flexibility to work several Saturdays during this period.
