GlenFlora in Lumberton, NC, is a vibrant, resident-centered community dedicated to enriching the lives of older adults. Our team works together to inspire joy, purpose, and engagement every day, and we are looking for Dietary Aides to join our caring team.

Position Summary

As a Dietary Aide, you will help prepare and produce meals in accordance with food safety regulations and individual dietary needs. You will also assist with maintaining a clean, organized kitchen and support additional tasks within the dietary department as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting pay of $14 per hour, depending on experience
• Additional $4 per hour for weekend hours
• Additional $2 per hour if a teammate opts out of benefits
• Benefits, including medical coverage and PTO, begin after 30 days
• Free medical insurance option available with a $0 premium
