Community Engagement Coordinator (casual)
Location: Adelaide, SA (Flexible/Hybrid)
Hours: Approximately 12-15 hours per week

We are nurses led team and seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Community Engagement Coordinator to strengthen community connections, build stakeholder relationships, and increase awareness of our services throughout Adelaide.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, Allied Health professionals, GPs and community organisations
- Attend networking events, community expos and local engagement activities
- Promote awareness of our services within the community
- Assist with social media and community communication initiatives
- Follow up enquiries and referral opportunities
- Support client intake and stakeholder engagement activities
- Maintain referral databases and engagement records
- Identify opportunities to expand community partnerships
Essential Criteria
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Ability to work independently and proactively
Highly Desirable
- Experience within NDIS, aged care, healthcare or community services
- Existing networks within the disability, aged care or healthcare sectors
- Experience in community engagement, stakeholder relations, customer service or administration

Pay: $40.00 – $48.04 per hour
