This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about specialty coffee, has a deep understanding of coffee preparation techniques, and enjoys teaching and mentoring others.Key Responsibilities:Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing baristas, covering all aspects of specialty coffee preparation, including espresso techniques, latte art, brewing methods, and more.Ensure that all training materials are up-to-date and reflect the latest trends and standards in the specialty coffee industry.Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to continually improve the skills of our barista team.Assess baristas' skills and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their full potential.Maintain a strong focus on quality control, ensuring that all beverages meet Coffee Commissary’s high standards.Collaborate with the management team to identify training needs and opportunities for professional development.Stay informed about industry trends and innovations and incorporate this knowledge into training programs.Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new baristas, ensuring they are fully prepared to represent Coffee Commissary.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Barista Trainer or a senior barista with a strong track record in specialty coffee.In-depth knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso preparation, and latte art.Passion for specialty coffee and a commitment to excellence in every cup.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to create and adapt training programs to meet the needs of a diverse team.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple training sessions simultaneously.How to Apply:If you are passionate about specialty coffee and have the skills and experience to train others to be the best in the industry, we would love to hear from you!
