We are seeking a dedicated and confident Nurse Practitioner to join our fast-paced practice serving the heart of the Glendale community and surrounding areas.

Our providers typically see 20 patients per day during 8–10 hour shifts. We are looking for someone who is confident in managing a full schedule while maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and exceptional bedside manner.

- Willingness working with AHCCCS, Medicare, and Commercial insurance patients (our population is primarily AHCCCS and Medicare, with approximately 30% Commercial)

Job Requirements
Required:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Current, unrestricted Arizona Nurse Practitioner license
- Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC)
- Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken)
- Ability and readiness to see 20 patients per day in an 8–10 hour shift
- Willingness to treat AHCCCS, Medicare, and Commercial insurance patients
Preferred:
- 1–2 years of experience in Family Medicine, Primary Care, or Urgent Care in a high-volume clinical setting
- Comfort managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, asthma, and COPD
- Experience performing preventive care visits, Medicare Annual Wellness Visits, and EPSDTs (pediatric well visits)
- Familiarity with value-based care models, HEDIS/STAR quality measures, and risk adjustment (HCC coding)
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and same-day chart completion - (eClinicalWorks is a plus)

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
