What You’ll Do:
The Service Advisor is the bridge between our customers and technicians, ensuring a seamless and satisfying service experience. Responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Greeting and consulting customers on service needs in a professional manner
- Conducting thorough vehicle walk-around inspections to identify and document concerns
- Advising customers on recommended services and upselling when appropriate
- Providing accurate time and cost estimates for repairs and maintenance
- Keeping customers informed about their vehicle’s service progress and any changes
- Managing live service calls and ensuring customer inquiries are handled promptly
- Reviewing completed services to ensure quality work before delivering the vehicle to the customer
- Processing warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines
- Ensuring compliance with state and federal automotive repair laws
What We’re Looking For:
- Two to five years of experience as a Service Advisor preferred
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build long-term relationships
- Experience maintaining high customer satisfaction scores (FCA Customer Experience Survey a plus)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with DealerTrack or FCA Warranty systems is a plus
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must pass pre-employment drug test, background check, and driving record screening
