What You’ll Do
In this dual IT/administrative position, you will play an important role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly. Responsibilities include:
IT Support (Entry Level)
- Assist employees with basic technical issues and routine troubleshooting
- Handle simple equipment malfunctions (printers, workstations, phones, etc.)
- Manage toner changes and help maintain supply levels
- Support password resets and basic account access questions
- Help track and update inventory for equipment and IT materials
- Respond to general IT requests and escalate when needed
Administrative Support
- Assist with day-to-day office tasks and clerical duties
- Help maintain organized records and files
- Provide friendly, professional support to staff and customers
- Contribute to the smooth flow of office operations
