Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective online sales strategies to generate leads and increase revenue through outbound calls, cold calling, and digital marketing campaigns
- Manage and nurture a comprehensive sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement with prospective clients
- Conduct B2B sales negotiations to secure high-end automotive deals while providing excellent customer service throughout the process
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage inventory control, and optimize sales support activities
- Upsell additional products or services by analyzing customer needs and presenting tailored solutions that enhance their purchase experience
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns targeting multilingual audiences and expanding market reach
- Maintain strong communication skills during public speaking engagements or virtual presentations to effectively showcase products and close deals
- Oversee inventory management related to online listings, ensuring accurate representation of vehicle availability and specifications
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automobile sales, retail sales, or dealership environments with a focus on high-end or luxury vehicles
- Strong background in outside sales, B2B sales, negotiation, and outbound sales strategies
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; bilingual candidates will have an advantage in reaching diverse markets
- Proficiency with CRM software and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and public speaking capabilities
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
