Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to lead our Line Service team handling private and corporate aircraft at the Glendale Regional Airport. The Line Service Supervisor is responsible for providing consistent direction of the line services department and maintenance functions in compliance with company policies and procedures. Responsibilities:

• Directly supervise line personnel including daily assignments
• Availability to respond to critical maintenance and operational needs
• Monitor reservations and service requests to ensure all tasks are completed and closed in a timely manner
• Work closely with Management to research problems and communicate necessary information
• Perform quality control, inventory and record keeping
• Perform maintenance/repairs and ensure all equipment is maintained and operating
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory agencies
• Provide ground support for General Aviation Aircraft, such as fueling, cleaning, servicing, loading and unloading luggage, parking, towing and marshalling aircraft arriving or departing the ramp area
• Safely operate fueling and towing equipment
• General upkeep of equipment and facilities
• Represent Glendale Aero Services in a positive manner, modeling ethical business behavior and integrity
• Assure adherence to safety policies and procedures. Report all incidents and investigate ways in which to prevent re-occurrence
• Meet company’s attendance and code of conduct standards
• Other duties and projects as assigned by Management

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED certificate
• Aviation/FBO experience required
• Superior customer service, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Able to clearly communicate via phone and a two-way radio
• Self-motivated and detail oriented
• Reliable, responsible and dependable
• Willing to take on responsibilities and challenges
• Able to lead a team
• Professional in appearance and mannerisms
• Pleasant with others, cooperative and positive attitude
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs
• Able to climb a ladder
• Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions. Work is done primarily outdoors

Other Requirements:

• A valid state driver’s license
• Able to pass a drug screening test
• Clean driving record

Location: 6841 N Glen Harbor Blvd, Glendale, AZ 85307

Schedule: Full time to include weekends, holidays, early mornings and late nights as needed

Expected hours: 40 per week
