JOB SUMMARY
Under the supervision of the Director of Lifestyle and/or Chief Administrative Officer, the Digital Lifestyle Advisor is responsible for driving census growth into all areas of Glencroft’s 40-acre continuum of care campus, which includes Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and the Skilled Nursing Facility. The Lifestyles Advisor will utilize their thorough understanding of Glencroft’s culture and Zoe Life to include the six pillars (Spiritual, Emotional, Physical, Social, Intellectual and Vocational) to discover prospects needs, empathize with their challenges and to connect personally with each prospect and their families to promote Glencroft’s offerings. The Digital Lifestyle Advisor will possess a genuine interest in and concern for geriatric, chronically ill, and/or disabled persons.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITY
The Digital Lifestyle Advisor will report to the Director of Lifestyle. The Digital Lifestyle Advisor possesses excellent communication skills and has a strong understanding of online sales strategies. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our digital sales efforts, building, and nurturing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Must be able to communicate fluently in or to take or give direction or guidance in the English language.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Regular attendance is considered an essential function of this position and is necessary for the efficient operation of the business.
- Create and utilize various digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and online marketplaces, to promote and sell our products/services.
- Create and identify digital pipeline lead sources and reach out to potential clients through digital channels, responding to inquiries, and converting leads into sales opportunities.
- Manage the CRM system, Enquire, by documenting all phone calls, mailers, tours and conversations with contact history and clear notes of communication and essential actions taken with the details of the prospects decision making.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using our CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Responsible to remain current with trends in digital sales techniques, platforms, tools, and best practices, incorporating updated knowledge into the sales approach.
- The Digital Lifestyle Advisor is required to initiate and discover touch points for each individual prospective resident and their families, exhibiting effective communication skills, via telephone calls, emails, tours, community events and activity invitations, or direct mail correspondence, etc. therefore creating an inviting atmosphere and welcoming impression of the Glencroft Center for Modern Aging Campus.
- The Digital Lifestyle Advisor is require to collaborate with appropriate department leaders to understand and evaluate appropriate levels of care and service potential for each prospect and their families.
- Attend and participate in all the community’s activities and events as time allows.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
