Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Network Architect for a full-time, on-site position at our Linden, NJ location. The Senior Network Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced network architectures. Daily tasks include assessing network requirements, building scalable network solutions, troubleshooting issues, ensuring network security, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to optimize system performance. This role will also involve staying updated on industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements and innovations that align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Network Architecture, Network Design, and Network Engineering
- Strong skills in Network Administration and managing network infrastructure
- Proficient knowledge in Network Security, including implementing and maintaining secure network protocols
- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network issues
- Proficiency in relevant tools, protocols, and technologies such as routing, switching, firewalls, and wireless systems
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Industry certifications such as Cisco CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are highly desirable
- Proven experience in a similar role in networking or related fields
