What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant for Business Services position at Glenbrook Administration Office?
Glenbrook High School District 225 is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Executive Assistant for Business Services. The anticipated start date for this position is March 17, 2026; however, if an internal applicant is selected, the start date will be determined in consultation with the current supervisor.
The executive assistant provides clerical and organizational support to the Assistant Superintendent, Director of Business Services/CSBO, Director of Operations/CSBO, and the Senior Technology Manager, as needed, and provides ongoing assistance to faculty, staff, students, and parents. This individual is familiar with school policy and procedures as well as departmental goals and performs duties in a fast-paced environment with numerous interruptions. The executive assistant will maintain and foster a positive atmosphere that supports a cooperative and efficient work environment, prioritizing the needs of both students and staff.
Applicants should hold the following education/experience qualifications:
- Associate’s degree, and/or two years of administrative assistant experience.
- Experience in an education environment and/or business preferred.
- A desire for continued professional development is essential.
