JOB GOAL: To provide building and equipment maintenance and repair.
Performance Responsibilities
EVALUATION: Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the board’s policy on evaluation of non-certified staff.
- Black Seal License (If Necessary)
- Ability to operate maintenance equipment and vehicles.
- Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status
- 3 to 5 years experience in a trade listed below
JOB GOAL: To provide building and equipment maintenance and repair.
Performance Responsibilities
- Miscellaneous general maintenance and repairs of buildings, equipment and grounds which may include:
- plumbing work
- electrical repairs
- lock repair & installation
- HVAC repairs
- furniture repair
- brush and spray painting
- concrete and masonry work
- landscaping
- equipment design and development
- Assume such other related responsibilities and duties as may be assigned.
