MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Follow company policies, safe work practices, prevent injury to yourself and other associates
- Report any unsafe work condition or any work-related injury to your supervisor immediately
- Secure empty card cans from behind breaker drawing when available
- Push all full card cans to storage area during the shift
- Put up ends on cards
- Keep empty card cans in proper place at card
- Clean under cards
- Keep all waste off floor
- Keep card beaters clean
- Clean front rollers
- Creel Draw frames
- Load empty cans on frame
- Doff full cans
- Piece up ends down in creel or at front
- Dump up and creel in new full cans of sliver on behind roving frames
- Start up and run ends through
- Repair ends down until all bobbins are full enough to doff
- Pull frame-doff full packages and place empty bobbins on spindles
- Wrap ends and start up
- Repair break backs
- Clean cleaners at doff. Clean machine, back of machine at doff
- Clean tags 142/34
