As we weave connections around the world, we become stronger and keep our focus on shared success.  **This is a 12-hour night (2-2-3 schedule) position with a base rate of $26.10 with a $1.00 shift premium** Responsibilities Follow company policies and safe work practices Computer Literate Strong leadership Great communication and team player Monitor processes for quality and production Assist Supervisor Ability to work solo as needed Effectively communicate with employees and management Manage in a team environment Qualifications include: Combination of education and experience would be acceptable Prior supervisory experience preferred Ability to use computer efficiently Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changes Willing to work a rotating schedule as necessary and weekends Ability to lift 50 lbs, walk, sit and stand for long periods of time Normal or corrected hearing and vision Experience and Education: Previous experience in textile manufacturing preferred High School Diploma Preferred Why Glen Raven:  At Glen Raven, we embrace the strength that comes from a diverse and inclusive mindset.
