What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenace position at Glen Oaks Big Sur?
We are in search of a candidate who can help maintain, troubleshoot and make repairs on property structures, hotel rooms, grounds and the restaurant at Glen Oaks Big Sur (Big Sur) and the Hidden Valley Inn (Carmel Valley).
Experience maintaining and repairing locks, drains, bathroom fixtures, gas fireplaces, heated floors and washer/dryers. Electrical and plumbing experience a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Basic maintenance, equipment and tool skills
Current valid driver's license
Pleasant and professional demeanor
Efficient time management, self-motivated and organized
Strong desire to learn
Must be Bi-lingual (Spanish)
Previous maintenance experience in hospitality preferred. Able to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
$10.00/shift gas allowance provided.
