Position Summary
Glen Oak Country Club is seeking energetic, service-driven Pool Waitstaff to provide an exceptional dining and hospitality experience in our poolside setting. Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, courteous food and beverage service to members and guests at the pool area
- Take accurate orders and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
- Maintain a strong knowledge of menu offerings, daily specials, and beverage selections
- Ensure poolside areas, tables, and service stations are clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Anticipate member needs and deliver a high level of personalized service
- Uphold all club standards, including appearance, etiquette, and professionalism
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
- Work closely with bar and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service execution
Qualifications
- Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
- Positive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Comfortable working outdoors in warm weather conditions
Physical Requirements
