Maintenance Director (Safety amp; Maintenance Engineer)
Glen Mills Senior Living, Senior Living and Memory Care, of Glen Mills, PA is looking for an organized and hands-on professional to lead the Maintenance efforts of one of our premier Senior Living Communities, and help to keep it “ A Great Place to Work and a Great Place to Live. ”

Salary: $65,000 - $67,000 yearly quarterly bonus potential
Responsibilities include:
- Hands-on maintenance of grounds, building interior and equipment
- Supervising/Leading a team of housekeepers
- Successfully negotiates amp; coordinates with outside vendors
- Performs preventative maintenance and repairs (light construction, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
- Position requires working hands-on maintenance approximately 80% of the time
Qualifications include:
- 4 years of solid maintenance experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity
- Valid PA driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Light construction, electrical, plumbing, and troubleshooting skills
- Commercial laundry/housekeeping experience is a plus
- HVAC certification preferred
