Role Description
The Call Center Agent will be responsible for answering inquiries, providing customer support, scheduling appointments, and resolving guest questions in a courteous and professional manner. The role requires effective communication to ensure a positive and efficient guest experience in line with Glen Ivy’s high standards of service. This is a temporary, on-site role located in Corona, CA.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills, with an ability to build rapport with a diverse customer base
- Proficiency with Computer Literacy, including experience using booking or scheduling software
- Effective communication skills and the ability to handle inquiries professionally
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced spa environment
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
