Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner and providing recommendations.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in setting up for banquets or special events as needed.
Skills
- Proven experience in bartending or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
