Key Responsibilities:
- Perform technical skills including venipuncture, catheter placement, anesthesia monitoring, dental cleanings, and lab work
- Assist veterinarians during exams, surgeries, and medical procedures
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations as prescribed
- Educate clients on pet care, nutrition, and preventative medicine
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure proper patient care
- Support and mentor veterinary assistants and other team members
What Weâre Looking For:
- Current CVT/LVT/RVT license (or eligibility, recent graduate)
- Strong technical and clinical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Compassionate, calm, and professional demeanor with animals and clients
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Salary:Â Starting at $18-$24: based on experience.
Pay Frequency: Bi Weekly Â
Schedule: Shifts consist of AM, PM & Weekends. We do our best to honor shift preferences in order to maintain a good work life balance.
Educational Requirements & Skills Needed
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a veterianry assistant or veterinary technichian
Educational Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Completion of a veterinary technichian program.
Licensing
- Licensed in Illinois to practice as a Certified Veterinary Technichian
