Responsibilities
- Coordinate and conduct property showings for prospective buyers and renters
- Provide detailed information about properties, including features, amenities, and neighborhood insights
- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and real estate agents
- Assist in preparing properties for showings, ensuring they are clean and presentable
- Collect feedback from clients after showings and communicate it to the listing agents
- Maintain accurate records of showings and client interactions
- Support the Cary Team Realty agents with administrative tasks as needed during the showing process
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate or related fields is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market and property types in Lafayette, USA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in using smartphones, GPS, and real estate showing software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in real estate, customer service, or sales preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
- Ability to handle multiple showings and manage time efficiently
