Orthodontic Assistant – Glen Cove Orthodontics

Position Details
- Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
- Pay: $17–$21 per hour, based on experience
- Growth Potential: Salary increases available for the right candidate
- Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts
- Monday through Friday
- Must be willing to work one Saturday per month
- Must be able to commute to Glen Cove
Responsibilities
- Take diagnostic records, photographs, and dental impressions
- Assist the orthodontist with braces and Invisalign procedures
- Educate and communicate treatment details to patients
- Help maintain a smooth and efficient clinical workflow
Qualifications
- Prior orthodontic experience required
- Dental assisting experience preferred (minimum 1 year is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly, hardworking, and reliable
- Fast learner with a positive attitude
- Personal experience with braces or Invisalign is a plus
