About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our skilled rehabilitation and nursing facility. Your responsibilities will include:
Leadership: Manage and direct a team of nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Coordination: Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Communication: Foster effective communication among the care team, families, and residents to ensure seamless care transitions and exceptional outcomes.
Quality Improvement: Monitor and improve quality of care, patient satisfaction, and staff performance to maintain our exceptional reputation.

Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RN) license: Must be actively licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania
Experience: Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Unit Manager preferred
