Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced In-House Millwork Estimator to join our team, specializing in commercial projects. Our work includes high-profile builds at major destinations such as Disney, Universal, and a wide range of unique environments including hotels, breweries, coffee houses, and custom woodworking projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints and architectural drawings
- Perform detailed material take-offs for commercial millwork projects
- Prepare accurate and competitive final quote pricing
- Work closely with project managers and production teams
- Manage multiple estimates and deadlines efficiently
- Maintain organized records of estimates and project details
Requirements:
- Previous experience in millwork estimating (required)
- Strong ability to read and understand blueprints
- Experience with commercial projects preferred
- Proficiency in take-offs and cost estimation
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week
