Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Jewelry Consultant located in Stanford, CA. The Jewelry Consultant will engage with clients to provide a personalized and exceptional shopping experience. Responsibilities include assisting customers with jewelry selection, offering product knowledge, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining a professional retail environment. Additional duties include collaborating with team members to achieve sales goals, handling jewelry accurately, and contributing to the store's overall success.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs
- Demonstrated ability to create positive Customer Experiences and build lasting client relationships
- Proficiency in Retail Sales with experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge or experience in Jewelry Design is a plus
- Attention to detail, organizational capabilities, and a passion for jewelry and fashion
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in the jewelry industry or luxury goods sector is preferred
