Window Cleaner (Commission-Based | Independent Work | High Earning Potential)

Job Overview:

We are seeking motivated and reliable Window Cleaners to join our growing team. This is a commission-based position with strong earning potential—your income directly reflects your efficiency and work ethic. Top performers can earn $30 /hour.

Work will take place at residential homes throughout Salt Lake County and Davis County. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals who enjoy working independently and want flexibility in their day-to-day schedule.

Vehicle Requirement (Preferred):

We are primarily looking for individuals who can operate out of their own vehicle. Having a truck is a strong plus, as it allows for greater efficiency and independence on the job.

Responsibilities:

• Clean windows on residential and some commercial properties (primarily residential)
• Use professional window cleaning tools and equipment
• Travel to various job locations throughout assigned service areas
• Maintain a high standard of quality and professionalism

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency
• Comfortable working at heights (ladders)
• Prior window cleaning or general labor experience is a plus, but not required
