Gleefull Supplements is the industry leader in health supplements. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life during menopause with products that actually solve real, everyday problems—weight gain, hot flashes, insomnia, mood shifts, and more.


We’re looking for a Creative Strategist with advanced persuasive advertising and copywriting expertise to own the ideation and messaging that drives performance. This is not a “nice-to-have copy” role—copy is the strategy. You’ll take raw data, customer insight, and market awareness and turn it into high-converting creative angles, scripts, and messaging systems that sell.


You’ll thrive here if you love bridging consumer psychology performance data direct response copywriting, and if you can lead creative direction while staying close to what converts.


Responsibilities Include:


Creative Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and own the creative strategy for paid social grounded in direct-response principles.
  • Lead our internal team of copywriters
  • Translate performance data, customer research, and competitive insights into persuasive copy frameworks and angles
  • Lead the development of ad concepts and repeatable creative systems that scale (evergreen scaling winners).
  • Leading/ overseeing in-house production team
  • Guide brainstorming and build a “testing roadmap” of angles, messages, and formats tied to clear hypotheses.
  • Set creative standards to ensure consistent brand voice persuasion quality across ads, landing pages, and funnels.


Performance & Media Buying Integration

  • Work closely with Media Buying to identify what’s working, why, and how to scale it with better messaging.
  • Use platform learnings and audience behavior to shape creative testing and copy direction.
  • Build feedback loops so creative evolves weekly based on performance data


Qualifications:

  • 4–7 years of experience in creative strategy, performance creative, or e-commerce marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with copywriting
  • Direct experience with women’s wellness, supplements, or health-related products strongly preferred.
  • Strong portfolio of paid social creative with proven ROI.
  • Ability to think conceptually and strategically while executing with precision.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.


Compensation:

120k - 140k/year


Working hours:

Monday to Friday (from 6am - 2pm EST)
