We are looking for a Front Office Coordinator who is also comfortable assisting in the back office when needed. If you enjoy building relationships with patients, providing outstanding customer service, and working in a supportive team environment, we’d love to meet you.
What Makes This Position Unique
This is primarily a Front Office position with cross-training and occasional back office responsibilities. We’re looking for someone who enjoys variety, is a fast learner, and wants to grow with our practice.

Qualifications
- California Dental X-ray License (required)
- Coronal Polishing Certificate (required)
- Dental front office experience preferred
- Open Dental experience is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and provide an exceptional first impression
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and coordinate treatment
- Assist with patient communication and financial arrangements
- Take digital X-rays and assist the clinical team when needed
- Help maintain an efficient, organized, and positive office environment

Monday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PMTuesday, Thursday & Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
