What You’ll Do
- Manage order processing and purchasing activities with accuracy.
- Maintain inventory through organized receiving and stocking.
- Create and update process control documents (PCDs) and work instructions.
- Coordinate domestic and international shipping and documentation.
- Communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers with professionalism and clarity.
- Step in where needed—every day is a little different!
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required). Coursework or certifications in logistics, supply chain, or shipping are a plus.
- Experience: 2 years in production coordination, logistics, supply chain, or shipping. ERP experience is highly preferred.
- Skills:
- Top-notch organization and time management
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to read technical drawings (a bonus—not required)
- Mainly in an office environment
- Occasionally in the production area, with exposure to machinery, hot surfaces, and other manufacturing elements (PPE provided)
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
