FAMILY LAW PARALEGAL — EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONAL
Full-Time | In-Office | Manchester, New Hampshire
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated paralegal to join our close-knit legal team. If you bring experience, composure, and genuine care for clients navigating some of life’s most difficult moments, we want to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, financial affidavits, parenting plans, and other family law documents
• Manage and organize case files from intake through resolution
• Coordinate discovery, including gathering and organizing financial records and supporting documentation
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Calendar deadlines, hearings, and appointments using case management software
• Assist attorneys in preparation for hearings, depositions, and trials
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings as directed
• Maintain strict confidentiality in all client matters
QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 2 years of paralegal experience in family law, preferably in New Hampshire * Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, or ABA-approved paralegal certificate can substitute for 1 year of experience. Prior litigation experience can also substitute.
• Familiarity with NH family court procedures and rules
• Proficiency in legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines with poise
• Empathy and professionalism when working with clients in sensitive circumstances
