GleamTeam Cleaning is a growing residential cleaning company serving Kitsap County and the greater Tacoma area. We’re known for reliable, high-quality service and a team-first culture. We’re hiring experienced residential cleaners to join our crews in Poulsbo, Bremerton, and Tacoma.
What You’ll Do
- Perform detailed residential cleaning (kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms)
- Follow GleamTeam’s cleaning checklists and quality standards
- Communicate professionally with clients
- Travel between job sites within your assigned area
- Work independently or alongside a small team
What We Offer
- $18/hr starting pay — with performance-based raises up to $20/hr within your first 3 months
- Keep 100% of your tips (our clients are generous)
- $0.35/mile travel bonus for driving between jobs

What We’re Looking For
- Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience
- Reliable transportation (must have your own car)
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable working independently and managing your time
Preferred (Not Required)
- Familiarity with the Kitsap Peninsula or Tacoma area
- Experience with green/eco-friendly cleaning products
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
