GleamTeam Cleaning is hiring W-2 house cleaners in Port Orchard, Gig Harbor, Bremerton, Poulsbo, and Tacoma.
Pay & perks
- $18–$21/hr, W-2 employee — taxes withheld, weekly direct deposit
- $0.44/mile drive-time pay between jobs, $5 zero-distance bonus per job, tolls reimbursed
- Paid sick leave starting day one
- PTO accrual 7 paid holidays starting at 90 days
- We pay for your background check
- Daytime hours — most cleaners done by 4–5 pm
What you'll do
- Clean residential homes to a checklist standard
- Follow a set route using our scheduling app (BookingKoala)
- Drive your own vehicle between jobs (supplies provided)
What you bring
- Prior residential cleaning experience (professional preferred)
- Reliable vehicle, valid WA driver's license, current auto insurance
- Smartphone for the scheduling app
- Willingness to pass a background check (we pay for it)
- Enough English to follow checklists and message customers
This is ongoing W-2 employment, not a one-off gig.
