Lead Master Electrician / Electrical Foreman

Are you a seasoned electrician with 10 years of hands-on experience who’s ready to step into a leadership role where you can run the show? We’re looking for a proven leader who can bid competitively, manage crews, mentor the next generation, deliver top-quality work, and consistently bring projects in on time and under budget.

About The Role

As our Lead Master Electrician / Electrical Foreman, you’ll be the key field leader for residential, commercial, and light industrial electrical projects. You’ll combine your expert technical skills with strong project oversight, team development, and budget discipline to drive successful outcomes and help grow our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bid and estimate jobs accurately — from small service calls to large installations — ensuring competitive pricing while protecting profitability
  • Plan, schedule, and manage electrical projects from start to finish, coordinating materials, timelines, and crew assignments
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of journeymen, apprentices, and helpers — providing hands-on training, feedback, and career guidance
  • Perform quality inspections and quality control on all work to ensure compliance with NEC codes, local regulations, and our high standards
  • Troubleshoot complex issues on-site and provide technical expertise when needed
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and keep projects on or under budget through smart resource management and proactive problem-solving
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, general contractors, and inspectors when on-site
  • Help build and maintain a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

  • 10 years of proven experience as a licensed electrician (Journeyman or Master license strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated leadership experience supervising/managing crews of 3–15 electricians
  • Strong track record of bidding, managing, and completing profitable projects on time and within budget
  • Expertise in residential and commercial electrical systems (panel upgrades, service installations, lighting, wiring, troubleshooting, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills — you enjoy teaching and developing talent
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities and a commitment to safety and quality
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • OSHA 10/30 certification and any additional relevant credentials are a plus

Why Join Us?

  • Competitive pay performance bonuses
  • Opportunity to shape projects and teams with real autonomy
  • Path for growth into higher leadership or project management roles
  • Supportive team environment that values experience and leadership
  • Company Vehicle
