We are looking for an Industrial Hygiene/Junior Project Manager to join our growing team. Who as a member of our collaborative team, will help provide outstanding client service through creativity and technical expertise We offer a competitive salary, benefits package and bonus opportunities.
Job Description:

Perform asbestos inspections, bulk sampling, and air monitoring

Mold investigations
-
Lead-based paint projects
-
Perform Phase I/II ESA’s, UST Closure Assessments and Site Assessments and general field sampling (soil and ground water)

Project management
-
Prepare reports and proposals
-
Budget management and close interaction with clients

Qualifications
Job Requirements:

BS in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, Physics or Industrial Hygiene/Safety
-
3-7 year minimum experience in asbestos sampling, assessments, planning and reporting
-
Asbestos certifications preferred (Inspector, Contractor/Supervisor and NIOSH)

Experience performing asbestos inspections in numerous and varied situations/locations (NESHAP, AHERA) is a plus
-
Experience with mold assessments and IH services in general is a plus
-
Experience with lead-based paint projects preferred

Excellent communications skills (verbal and written) are required along with strong work ethic, reliability and the ability to provide unsurpassed customer response and satisfaction

Current asbestos certifications is a plus
-
Possibility of working nights and weekends is required

Valid driver’s license as field work and site travel is involved; candidate will be responsible for transportation
