Overview
We’re looking for a senior-level creative badass to take our brand to the next level. You’d lead our small team of talented creators in strategy and direction, help refine our workflows, and optimize our creative output.
The ideal fit would be a seasoned Creative Director with deep e-commerce and brand experience — someone who has built or led lean, high-performing creative teams and knows how to scale creative systems without losing soul or storytelling.
We are a lean team so this role would be a hybrid strategic and hands-on role.

Key Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining an inspiring, compelling brand
- Ensure creative work consistently drives conversion, retention, and long-term brand equity
- Own the end-to-end Brand & Creative function so the company presents a clear, and cohesive brand — and consistently produces creative assets that support growth, retention, and loyalty
- Ensure brand strategy, creative production, and customer-facing storytelling are aligned to business priorities, resourced appropriately, and executed with high quality and consistency
Requirements
- 10 years experience in creative leadership roles — ideally in DTC or lifestyle brands
- Strong grasp of both brand storytelling and conversion-oriented creative
- A portfolio that shows how you balance strong conceptual work with beautiful execution
- Experience building lean creative teams (design, photo, copy)
- Excellent communication
- Strategic thinker with a clear sense of what “excellent” looks like in modern e-com
