We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Product Sample Coordinator to support our merchandising and marketing teams. This role is perfect for a college student or recent graduate interested in merchandising, marketing, social media, or product development. You will be responsible for managing our product sample library, tracking samples across departments, and supporting content creation efforts. This position provides hands-on experience working with product launches, photoshoots, influencer marketing, merchandising, and social media content in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sample Organization & Inventory Management
· Maintain and organize the product sample library.
· Ensure samples are accurately labeled, stored, and easily accessible.
· Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure sample accountability.
· Prepare and organize products for internal meetings, reviews, and presentations.
2. Sample Tracking & Coordination
· Track product samples moving between Merchandising, Marketing, Product Development, Sales, and external partners.
· Maintain accurate records of sample check-in/check-out activity.
· Coordinate sample requests and returns to ensure product availability.
· Assist with shipping and receiving samples when needed.
3. Content & Photography Support
· Prepare products for photography, video shoots, and content creation.
· Capture basic product photography and video content.
· Perform light photo editing and image resizing.
· Organize and maintain digital assets for internal teams.
4. Marketing & Event Support
· Assist with TikTok content preparation and live selling events.
· Support photoshoots, product launches, and company events.
· Help prepare products for influencer seeding and marketing activations.
· Ensure samples are ready and available for content and promotional needs.
5. Merchandising Support
· Assist the merchandising team with product launch preparation.
· Help maintain product information and supporting materials.
· Support special projects as assigned across product, marketing, and merchandising teams.
Qualifications
· Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business, or a related field.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities.
· Interest in jewelry, fashion, sports, accessories, or consumer products.
· Familiarity with photography equipment and content creation tools is a plus but not required.
· Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, or similar) is a plus.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Compensation & Schedule
· Part-Time: 20–25 hours per week
