What are the responsibilities and job description for the Planning & Merchandising Analyst position at GLD?
We're looking for a detail-oriented Planning & Merchandising Analyst to support product setup and data operations across our merchandising organization. You'll manage SKU creation, purchase order entry, and assortment data, helping products move smoothly from concept to launch.
What you'll do:
- Maintain product and SKU records in our ERP system
- Manage purchase order creation and tracking
- Support custom/special order production timelines
- Keep assortment data (pricing, materials, categories, etc.) accurate and up to date
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Product Development, Sourcing, Ecommerce, and Operations teams
What we're looking for:
- 1–3 years of experience in merchandising, buying, or product/retail operations
- ERP system experience (NetSuite a plus)
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives on keeping data accurate and processes running smoothly.
