This is a hands-on role where you’ll be on the wellness floor, building relationships, promoting safety, and creating an enjoyable experience for our members. Your energy and expertise will leave members feeling supported, motivated, and excited about their healthy living journey!
Schedule/Shifts Available (Subject to Program Needs):

Schedule/Shifts Available (Subject to Program Needs):
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Monday and Wednesday: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
- Monday and Thursday: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:30 PM
What You’ll Do
- Guide members in the safe and effective use of all Wellness Center equipment, including EGYM, Matrix strength machines, and free weights.
- Lead engaging, educational, and fun group or individual appointments.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment by caring for equipment and facilities.
- Serve as a positive role model for healthy living and Y values.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in fitness coaching, training, or group instruction preferred.
- Willingness to attend meetings, training sessions, and obtain additional certifications as needed.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform all physical aspects of the role.
