β’ 2β8 years of experience in quantitative research, quantitative trading, applied probability, or statistics
β’ Strong foundation in probability, statistics, game theory, and mathematical modeling
β’ Experience solving complex quantitative problems with measurable business impact
β’ Strong Python and SQL skills
β’ Ability to operate autonomously on a small, high-performance team
β’ Experience with experimentation, optimization, forecasting, or risk modeling
β’ Strong communication and product intuition

β’ Backend engineering experience
