Join a leading acute-care hospital in Greenville, SC, as a Respiratory Therapist specializing in Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU). This contract position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on pediatric care.
Shift Details: This role requires night shifts of 3x12 hours, from 19:00 to 07:30, with weekend coverage every other week. Flexibility to float to other units is required based on census needs, ensuring you can provide care where it's most needed.
Patient Age Group: You will be working primarily with pediatric patients, including those in the PICU and NICU. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering high-quality respiratory care to these vulnerable populations.
Documentation and Medication Systems: Familiarity with EPIC for documentation and experience with Pyxis and Omnicell medication systems is essential for this role.
Required Experience and Certifications: Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in ER or Pediatric Critical Care settings. Required certifications include BLS, NRP, PALS, and a current RRT license for South Carolina.

However, all contracted staff must be prepared to float to other units and campuses as necessary, ensuring that you are only assigned to areas where you are qualified and have demonstrated competencies.
