Dry Needling Trigger Point: A safe and effective technique that certified physical therapists use to help reduce pain and improve muscle function. Trigger points are commonly referred to as knots in the muscle, and using the recommended clean needle technique, your physical therapist will insert a filiform needle into the targeted muscle to help reset it, reduce pain, and improve overall function.

Modalities: Physical therapists use a variety of modalities to help strengthen, relax, and heal muscles. Here are a few of the treatment modalities available:

Biomechanical Evaluation for Orthotics: Our physical therapists can make custom orthotics by evaluating your gait and biomechanics to address any areas of concern.

Safe Sports: Designed to give competitive and recreational athletes the knowledge they need to prevent, recognize, and manage sports-related injuries, our programs feature annual sports performance clinics, free injury screenings, and education programs.

SafeWork Occupational Health Services and Rehabilitation: Employers and employees can take advantage of workplace health and safety programs, including work site assessments, work conditioning, work injury management, industrial rehabilitation, ergonomic evaluations, functional capacity and return to work evaluations, and preventive education programs.
