Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Psychiatric care for a 13-week inpatient assignment. This role involves providing compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals with mental health conditions in a structured clinical environment.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care in an inpatient psychiatric setting
- Monitor and assess patients’ mental and physical health status
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Requirements:
- Active RN license (Idaho or compact state)
- Minimum 2 years of inpatient psychiatric experience
- Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, CPI
- Strong crisis intervention and communication skills
- Ability to work night shifts
