Join a leading healthcare facility in Louisville, KY, as an MRI Tech specializing in MRI. This contract position offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic team and provide exceptional patient care.

Position Overview: As an MRI Tech, you will be responsible for performing MRI scans on patients, primarily focusing on heavy neuro cases, including spine, strokes, and head traumas. You will support student athletes and work collaboratively with a team of radiologists and other MRI techs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct MRI procedures with a focus on patient safety and comfort.
  
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals.
  
• Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems, preferably Cerner.
  
• Provide excellent patient care with a positive attitude.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience.
  
• BLS certification and ARRT (MR) or AMRIT certification required.
  
• KY state license preferred.
  
• Experience with neuro patients and acute inpatient care is essential.
