Join a leading acute-care hospital in Danville, VA, as a Travel CT Tech. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while contributing to the health and well-being of the community. The facility is dedicated to making communities healthier and has been serving the region for over 120 years.

As a CT Tech, you will be part of a 250-bed Academic Community Hospital, known for its comprehensive surgical services, 24-hour emergency department, and advanced wound healing center. The facility is also recognized as the region's only designated Chest Pain Center and Certified Advanced Primary Stroke Center.

Position Information:

• Patient Population: Mostly adults and geriatric; seldom pediatrics
  

This position requires critical thinking skills and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will be a team player with experience in CT tasks. Common diagnoses include pulmonary embolism, stroke, kidney stones, appendicitis, chest pain, abdominal pain, and motor vehicle accident trauma.

In addition to your role, you will enjoy the charm of Danville, known for its picturesque views along the Dan River and a vibrant local culture featuring historical architecture, boutiques, art galleries, and museums.

All travelers must have the required certifications prior to starting. Candidates must be located 60 miles or greater from the facility to be considered for travel. Random drug screening will be conducted on-site, and a Criminal Questionnaire/Consent Form must be completed.
